## FOUNDING BRAND APPLICATIONS
Submitting a Founding Brand application does not guarantee acceptance, listing, promotion, partnership, or participation on the platform.
We may evaluate potential participating brands based on factors relevant to the platform and may accept or decline applications at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, franchise relationship, or other formal business relationship between the applicant and Illum X.
Any formal commercial relationship will be governed by a separate agreement where applicable.
## INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Illum X website, branding, written content, graphics, organization, design elements, and other materials created by us are owned by or licensed to Illum X and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, product names, photographs, logos, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our proprietary content without prior written permission.
## ACCEPTABLE USE
